Are you worried about something at work? Do you have a difficult conversation coming up with your manager? Is your team struggling after a change in leadership? Are you experiencing harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior? Do you suspect misconduct or rule violations in your organization? Or do you simply need someone to talk to about a sensitive work situation so you can think clearly again?
You can contact us — anonymously if you prefer — as the external trusted advisory service for your organisation. We offer a confidential space to talk things through, sort out your thoughts, discuss what happened, and plan possible next steps.
As professionals in organisational development, mediation, coaching, and law, we have extensive experience dealing with workplace conflicts and violations of personal integrity. We provide independent and confidential advice.

You can also contact your manager or HR department directly at any time. However, unlike the external trust point for employees, they may be required to take action even without your consent in order to fulfill their duty of care as an employer.
Our goal is to support effective internal conflict resolution and help restore a respectful and fair working environment as quickly as possible.
All consultations are confidential. We do not have decision-making authority, but support you in finding your own solutions.
If you wish, your supervisors can be involved in the process of finding a solution.
The earlier you take action as a responsible manager, the faster and more cost-effective a conflict can usually be resolved.
The external trust point for employees accepts written reports of suspected or actual violations of internal rules, as well as unlawful conduct — with or without prior consultation. A well-founded suspicion is sufficient to make a report; no proof is required.
People who report misconduct in good faith must not face disadvantages as a result, such as dismissal, demotion, or being denied a promotion.
If you would like to submit an anonymous report, please make sure that your email address or sender information does not reveal your identity, and avoid sending the report from your home location.
The external trust point for employees will confirm receipt of the report and forward it to the appropriate internal body designated by the employer. This internal body is responsible for further investigation and any necessary measures. The reporting person will not be informed about the outcome of the investigation.
Take your mental health seriously and address stressful situations early. This can stop the downward spiral that often affects the entire team — and ultimately benefits the whole organisation.
You can arrange a confidential appointment by phone or email. At this stage, you do not need to explain your concern. Consultations take place by phone or video call — whether you need a brief initial discussion or more comprehensive support.
Our service includes a number of consultation hours per case, as agreed with your employer. The service is free of charge for employees.
